Whistleblowing

Laghezza S.p.A., in compliance with the regulations concerning Whistleblowing, aimed at addressing unlawful conduct that harms the interests or integrity of private entities or public administration, has implemented a reporting system for illicit behavior. According to the law, the behaviors subject to reporting may include, by way of example:

administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses;
unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the organizational and management models required by that decree;
offenses falling within the scope of European Union or national acts relating to the following areas: Public procurement; services, products, and financial markets; and anti-money laundering;
protection of private life and personal data, and the security of networks and information systems;
acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the European Union.
