Ownership and management

The owners of the Company are the Laghezza family, with a shareholding owned by the current Vice-Chairman Massimo Frolla.

The Chairman Alessandro Laghezza, Owner& CEO of the Company, has a deep knowledge and clear vision of the dynamics of international trade, thanks to his training, as well as to the qualifications and the experience obtained in the sector.

In addition to his business activity, he holds significant public positions in entities and associations.

The Directors and members of the Board of Directors are qualified Managers who take an active part in the strategic choices of the Company.

A team of 250 collaborators in all Italy works pursuing the same goals and complying with common, well-established ethical principles.
